Pendant shaped like the head of a bearded man wearing a hair band. The pendant body is made of cobalt glass with an applied white glass face. The beard, eyelashes, eyebrows, and eyeball are all shown in cobalt glass, while the nose and ears are white, and the mouth, earring, and protrusion in the middle of his forehead are all made of yellow glass. The hair band is made of cobalt and white glass twisted together, and attached at the front of the head. The top of the head has a cobalt glass support ring. The clay core remains from when the glass body of the pendant was fired.
