双面瓶

2分割の型に、緑がかった透明ガラスを吹き入れて成形した瓶である。顔の向かって右側上部に、型の隙間でできたバリがそのまま付いている。細長い顔立ちで宙吹きの頚も長く、全体にスリムな印象の瓶である。顔の下に、紐の結び目のような表現がある。香油などを入れたものであろう。
Catalogue Entry
Flask blown from greenish translucent glass which was then formed in a two-part mold. There is a slight protrusion on the upper right of the flask's face where a slight gap formed between the two halves of the mold. The long thin face has a long free-blown bottle neck above, and the bottle has a slim overall proportion. A knotted cord-like depiction can be seen beneath the face. This bottle was probably used to hold perfumed oils.
