双面瓶

2分割の型に黄色みがかった半透明ガラスを吹き入れて作った瓶である。髪が丸い突起で表されており、銀化のために顔の特徴は判別し難いが、目は大きく見開いている。香油などを入れたものであろう。
Catalogue Entry
Flask blown from yellowish semi-translucent glass and formed in two-part mold. The hair protrudes in a round form, while the iridescence on the faces make it hard to discern their features. The eyes, however, are wide open. This flask was probably used to hold perfumed oils.
