碑の表面と側面に、丸いアーチ形の小仏龕に高さ3.5センチ、幅2.7センチの禅定印を結び結跏趺坐する如来像をびっしりと彫り込んでいる。なお、この千仏に付属する断片が他にも数片発見されているという。

A small, round, arch-shaped niches with images (each H. 3.5 cm, W. 2.7 cm) of Buddhas with legs folded into padmasana pose and hands arranged in the meditation mudra have been carved on the front and side surface of the relief. Some of other fragments belonging to this Thousand Buddhas relief have also been discovered.
