 鏡対称の形状をした2頭の伏せる虎の像で、体躯と顔面に鑿で簡潔に顔面の細部、筋肉や毛並みを刻んでいる。体躯に縦縞を、前脚の付け根にはやや崩れているが洋梨状の筋肉意匠を刻んでいる。かつてバクトリアに虎は多く生息し、1937年タフティ・サンギーンの考古学者らのキャンプに現れたが、1954年までにはこの地域では絶滅した。

These two recumbent tigers are shown in mirror position. The bodies and faces have been chiseled with simple facial features, musculature, and hair depiction. The bodies are marked with vertical stripes and slightly malformed pear-shaped musculature. A large number of tigers lived in Bactria, and a tiger appeared at the archaeologists camp at Takht-I Sangin in 1937. All tigers had disappeared from the area by 1954.
