アケメネス朝時代(前6―前4世紀)

(各)幅7.9 cm
 金板を巻いて均等な太さの管をつくり、ω 型に曲げ、両端に別造の獅子の頭部をつけている。獅子の頭部は簡潔な表現で、アーモンド形の眼に丸い瞳、頭頂の鬣、首の周りの鬣、鼻、口などが表現されている。

A tube of equal thickness was formed by rolling a gold sheet, and then formed into a small, round bottomed "ω" form with separately formed lion heads attached at each end. The lion heads are simply expressed, with round pupils inside almond-shaped eyes, a forelock at the top of his head, mane sections around his neck and a nose and mouth.
